I used it for several times
Efficient and easy to call
Better than others
$5080 worth of goods lost.
App is relatively user friendly and app staff is responsive hence the 2 stars. However, quality of drivers is questionable. The driver I had “delivered” the goods to the destination, but some how not to my recipient. Driver shirks responsibility and $5080 worth of goods is now unaccounted for. If something similar happens to you, expect to have to resolve it yourself at the police station or write it off, as there’s nothing the app staff can do for you.
I’m not sure I dare use this app again. GoGoVan may be a bit more expensive, but so far it seems to be a safer option. I guess you pay for what you get!
Regardless the user experience, app deleted
The app keep notifying me about the promotions which is really annoying, but there’s no any way to opt out. The only way is to switch off its notification in my phone, but this will also result in no notification when using its services. Its rapid exposure of promotion cause terrible cusomter experience that make me no longer use its service, hope to improve soon.
